Jan 26 (Reuters) - Copenhagen Capital A/S  CPHCAP.CO : 
    * Said on Wednesday it had appointed Gitte Midtgaard CFO effective as of 
Feb. 1 
    * Raises guidance on profit before adjustments and tax to range of 6.5 
million Danish crowns ($939,401)-8.0 million Danish crowns from 5.5 million-6.5 
million crown range 
    * Said considers cash rights issue of 18.2 million new 8 pct 2020/24 
preference shares 
    * Said considers increase of preference share capital with issue of "green 
shoe" of 11.8 million new 8 pct 2020/24 preference shares without preferential 
rights for existing shareholders
